hello friends
here is a very simple and healthy Lunch recipe for you.. Onion Rice. Can be do in 10 minutes with left over rice..this is a post delivery care recipe too.. anybody can have this at any time without any side dish.. Just try and enjoy the taste..!!

Ingredients:-
Cooked Rice – 1 Bowl (for 1 Person)
(any rice as per your choice)
shallots – 15-20 nos
Ghee – 1 -2 Tbsp
Pepper Powder – 1/2 – 3/4 tsp
Salt
