As a yoga instructor and fitness editor with a 42G bra size, I often need my bras to be comfortable enough for me to wear for more than 12 hours a day. That way I can work out in the morning, test out the latest fitness products, then go teach in the evening.
When I do workouts like Pilates, yoga, or strength training, I don’t necessarily want to feel like I’m duct taping my chest to myself in a high-impact sports bra. A low-impact sports bra does a great job of holding everything in place while keeping the weight of my chest boulders off of my shoulders.
